Scope and definitions
We define the scope of each record before collection so users can distinguish what is included, excluded, reported, estimated or verified.
TechBullion Insights
Transaction records preserve announcement dates, deal status, stated value, parties, provenance and verification dates. Undisclosed values remain undisclosed.
TechBullion Insights is designed to make business information easier to discover and evaluate while keeping provenance, uncertainty and commercial activity visible.
We define the scope of each record before collection so users can distinguish what is included, excluded, reported, estimated or verified.
Structured fields are normalised without erasing the original source context. Dates, currencies, names and statuses retain their meaning and provenance.
Material facts should carry a source and, where available, a verification date. Fast-changing fields are reviewed more frequently than stable historical facts.
Coverage can be incomplete and some facts remain undisclosed. Absence from TechBullion does not mean an event, company or person does not exist.
Records can change as new evidence becomes available. For consequential decisions, review the underlying source and verification context and independently confirm information that is time-sensitive or material to your decision.
TechBullion Deals distinguishes announced, pending, completed, terminated, reported, disputed and stale transaction information. Startup financing rounds remain canonical in TechBullion Funding.
